The Election Meeting follows worship services on Sunday and Monday, February 7th & 8th, at 10:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. The Business Meeting is Sunday, February 14th, at 10:45 a.m.
One ballot is permitted for each voting member participating in the meeting. (NOTE: Our constitution defines a voting member as a confirmed member who has “communed and made a contribution of record during the current or preceding year.”) The deadline to returnballots is Tuesday, February 9, by 2:00 p.m. to the church and placed into the ballot box located just inside the front vestibule (south ground-level entrance facing US 41).The front vestibule will also be accessible until 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 7 and until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, February 8. NOTE: NO absentee ballots will be accepted. In order to vote, you MUST be in attendance at the meeting whether in-person or by one of the alternative electronic means.
